What we do first is discuss with you what you would like to accomplish—your goals and objectives, graphic elements, special requirements and completion dates. Then:

• You supply your content to us via floppy disk or an e-mail attachment in a text format.
• We will then provide a rough design draft for your approval and a comprehensive layout that you can review.
• We will go over details with you, making any necessary corrections and changes if required.
• We will then complete the layout and ensure that it is camera ready.
• With your OK, we will arrange for the job to be printed.

At this point, minimal changes and corrections can be made when the printer delivers a proof—before actually printing the job.

• When the proofs are OK'd, and all final  corrections are made, the printer will complete the production process.
• We will make press checks if necessary.
• The completed printed material will be delivered to the destination of your choice.
