If you would like to report a problem or bug that you're having with a website that we've recently done for you, please e-mail us, including your URL, and a brief description of the problem. We'll reexamine the website (assuming that we still have access to your ISP login information), isolate the problem, then fix it—at no charge to you.

If you are having problems with a website that was done by someone else other than Tangledwire i-Design, and you or would like us to fix the problem, please use our Consulting Order Form. Our basic rate of $50/hr will apply when the job is accepted. We will then examine your website, isolate the problem, then contact you with recommended solutions, and then proceed accordingly. Prepayment or deposit of $50.00 is required.
